Extended Warranty

Extended Warranties are available for AstroNova’s data acquisition systems and recorders.

The Extended Warranty may be purchased at the time of the original purchase or at any time up to thirty (30) days after the expiration of the warranty.

The Extended Warranty provides the same complete coverage as the original warranty:

AstroNova warrants all portions of this hardware product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the extended warranty. If you discover a defect, AstroNova will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no additional charge except as set forth below. Repair parts and replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either reconditioned or new. All replaced parts become the property of AstroNova.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; or has been modified without the written permission of AstroNova.

To obtain warranty services, send your product, freight prepaid, to our factory at: AstroNova, West Warwick, Rhode Island, 02893. Call (401) 828-4000 for further information. AstroNova is not responsible for your product if it is lost or damaged in transit.

AstroNova makes no warranty, either express or implied, with respect to this product’s fitness for a particular purpose.

Very early on, we increased our inventories, and we are in regular contact with our suppliers to monitor their status. We have maintained a high level of production, and our supply chains are meeting our requirements. However, we do prioritize firm orders above forecasts. Because this is a very fluid situation, we encourage you to make sure you have orders in place with us to carry you through these unusual times.
